The only naive oyster species to the western coast of North America, the Olympia oyster (Ostrea lurida) is a very special species! They are tiny but mighty and hold a lot of cultural significance along their historic range, British Columbia to Baja, California.
These Oly shells come from Seattle and are adorned with sterling silver hooks.
