Our Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our handmade, upcycled jewelry.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our site.

1. Products

Each piece of jewelry is handmade using upcycled and/or new shells, pearls, and crystals. This means:

Items may have slight imperfections or unique character—this is part of their charm
Colors, textures, shape, and patterns may vary slightly from photos

We do our best to describe and photograph each piece accurately, but if you have questions, reach out before ordering!

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of purchase via secure checkout options (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card, etc.).

3. Shipping

We ship within the United States, using USPS.

Processing time: Up to 4 business day.
Delivery time varies by location, we recommend ordering well in advance if you need an item for a certain occasion

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping info. We’re not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses or postal service issues. Please see our shipping page for more details.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and upcycled nature of our items, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.

If something’s wrong with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to find a solution.

5. Custom Orders

We love making custom pieces!
Custom orders may require additional time and communication. All custom sales are final once approved by the customer. Please email hello@scallopdesign.co for inquiries.

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, product designs, and content on this website are the property of Scallop Design Co. Please don’t use or reproduce them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse, or damage caused by wearing or handling our jewelry. Materials are listed when possible; if you have sensitivities, please reach out with questions before purchasing.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information shared during a purchase or inquiry will only be used to fulfill your order or respond to you. We never sell or share your information.
